1. SERVICES
Start & Grow Co provides creative and digital services including but not limited to:

• Branding & logo design

• Website design

• Social media content

• Print design

• Embroidery & promotional products

• Digital design services

• Creative consultancy

All work will be outlined and agreed before the project begins.

2. PROJECT BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as time and creative development are immediately allocated to your project.
The remaining balance must be paid before:

• final files are delivered,

• websites are transferred or published,

• or physical products are released.
   

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe stated on your invoice.
Late payments may result in:

• delays to the project,

• paused work,

• or withholding of final files until payment is received.

Start & Grow Co reserves the right to charge late payment fees where necessary.

4. TURNAROUND TIMES
Estimated turnaround times will be discussed before your project begins.
Delays in communication, missing information, or delayed feedback from the client may affect project timelines.
While every effort is made to complete projects promptly, Start & Grow Co cannot guarantee exact completion dates.

5. REVISIONS
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Major redesigns or changes after approval of a concept may also be charged separately.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for:

• providing accurate information,

• supplying required content and images,

• proofreading all final work,

• and responding within reasonable timeframes.

Start & Grow Co is not responsible for errors approved by the client before final sign-off.

7. WEBSITE SERVICES
For website projects:

• clients are responsible for ongoing subscription costs (such as Wix, domains, or hosting),

• unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once a website is transferred or published, ongoing updates or maintenance may require additional charges.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All concepts, drafts, mockups and unfinished work remain the property of Start & Grow Co until full payment has been received.
Once paid in full:

• the client owns the final approved design/files,

• excluding fonts, licensed elements, or third-party assets where applicable.

Start & Grow Co reserves the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. CANCELLATIONS
If a project is cancelled after work has started:

• deposits remain non-refundable,

• and additional work completed beyond the deposit value may still be chargeable.

Physical or custom-made products cannot be refunded once production has begun.

10. REFUNDS
Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced.
If an issue arises, Start & Grow Co will always aim to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

11. LIABILITY
Start & Grow Co is not liable for:

• loss of earnings,

• business interruption,

• website outages caused by third-party platforms,

• or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of important content and files where appropriate.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some projects may involve third-party platforms or providers including:

• Wix,

• Canva,

• social media platforms,

• print providers,

• or embroidery software.

Start & Grow Co is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

13. PRIVACY
Any personal information shared through this website or during projects will be handled respectfully and securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
